Qvalista is Cuba's first digital real estate registry. A platform where anyone can search, list, and compare properties for sale, rent, or swap across the entire country. Our goal is not just to be a classifieds site. We want to build the real estate reference Cuba needs — a professional space with reliable information that simply doesn't exist today.
The problem
Cuba's real estate market operates in opacity. Properties are advertised in Facebook groups, Revolico posts, and above all, by word of mouth. There are no reference prices, no transaction history, and information is fragmented, outdated, and scattered. For those looking for property, this means hours of manual searching, unreliable information, and a process where transparency is the exception, not the norm. For those selling or renting, it means relying on personal contacts and limited visibility.
Our vision
We want finding a property in Cuba to be as simple and transparent as in any other market. That means reliable information, visible prices, nationwide coverage, and an experience designed for the Cuban context. Qvalista aspires to become Cuba's real estate reference — a space where transparency is the norm, not the exception.
